1. Services

Clover Hauling provides junk removal and related hauling services within Calgary and surrounding areas. Services may include the removal of furniture, appliances, household junk, construction debris, yard waste, and other non-hazardous materials.

All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

2. Upfront Pricing

Clover Hauling offers upfront pricing through our online booking system and quoting tools. Customers may receive an estimated price before scheduling service.

Final pricing may change if:

The volume of items is greater than described
Additional items are added during pickup
Access conditions differ from what was originally stated
Restricted or special handling items are present

Our team will confirm pricing on site if adjustments are required before completing the job.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate descriptions of the items to be removed
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the items
Secure pets and ensure safe working conditions for our crew
Remove any personal or valuable items prior to removal

Gonezo is not responsible for items unintentionally removed if they are mixed with junk or debris.

4. Restricted and Hazardous Materials

Clover Hauling does not accept hazardous or restricted materials including but not limited to:

Chemicals or solvents
Paint or oils
Asbestos
Biohazard materials
Propane tanks
Ammunition or explosives
Medical waste

If hazardous materials are discovered on site, the service may be declined or rescheduled.

5. Access to Property

Customers grant Clover Hauling and its crew permission to access the property for the purpose of performing junk removal services.

Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the removal area including driveways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and entry points.

Additional fees may apply for:

Long carry distances
Multiple flights of stairs
Difficult or restricted access

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit card
Debit
Online payment
Other approved payment methods

Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to additional collection efforts.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled.

We ask customers to provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in declined future service requests.

8. Disposal and Recycling

Clover Hauling makes reasonable efforts to recycle, donate, or responsibly dispose of items whenever possible.

However, customers acknowledge that items removed may ultimately be taken to:

Recycling facilities
Donation centers
Waste transfer stations
Landfills when necessary

9. Damage and Liability

Our crew takes care when performing removal services. However, junk removal often involves moving heavy or bulky items through confined spaces.

Clover Hauling is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Damage resulting from structural limitations
Damage caused by items shifting during removal when safe removal is not possible

Customers should inform our team of any sensitive surfaces or areas prior to removal.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clover Hauling's liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Clover Hauling shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

Clover Hauling may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
